Rinki Kumari is the visionary Managing Director of Vikri Srijan Pvt. Ltd., a social enterprise dedicated to promoting sustainable handicrafts and empowering rural artisans, especially women. With a rich academic background in Fine Arts and Fashion—holding a Bachelor’s in Arts, a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Fine Arts (Painting), and a Diploma in Fashion Design—Rinki brings a unique blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Her journey began as an art educator and designer, where she nurtured young talent before stepping into the fashion and handicrafts sector. Recognizing the potential of natural, eco-friendly materials like jute, she founded Vikri as a proprietorship and later expanded it into Vikri Srijan Pvt. Ltd. with the mission to combine artistry with sustainability. Under her leadership, the company has built a strong identity around handmade jute products, especially jute bouquets, home décor, and lifestyle accessories that are both elegant and environmentally conscious.

Rinki has dedicated herself to the revival of traditional crafts by training and mentoring local artisans, particularly women from underserved communities. She ensures that each product not only carries aesthetic and market value but also reflects the dignity and skill of the hands that created it. Through design innovation, skill development, and ethical production, she has created a model that supports both livelihood and heritage.

As the face of Vikri Srijan, Rinki continues to lead with purpose—bridging the gap between grassroots creativity and global market demand. Her vision is to position Indian jute craft as a premium, sustainable lifestyle choice while building a more inclusive and responsible artisan economy.

An expert in apparel production and operations, Vikash Kumar leads Vikri Srijan with a mission to empower factories through process excellence and workforce development.

Vikash Kumar is the driving force behind Vikri Srijan Pvt. Ltd., with a strong foundation in apparel manufacturing and operational consulting. A graduate in Apparel Production from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), he brings over a decade of experience leading transformative initiatives across India and internationally. His leadership blends strategic vision with practical, on-the-ground implementation.

Vikash’s professional journey includes an extensive tenure with a leading consulting firm, where he successfully executed complex projects in apparel and home textiles. Known for his hands-on approach, he has consistently delivered impactful results in factory operations, system implementation, and workforce development.

His core strengths lie in setting up new manufacturing facilities, driving production efficiency, and establishing robust systems and processes. He has played a pivotal role in the complete setup of large-scale factories, overseeing layout design, machinery installation, workforce onboarding, training, and MIS rollout. His work has enabled factories to achieve sustainable growth while building strong operational foundations.

Vikash is passionate about system-driven improvements. He has introduced structured processes such as SOPs, lean methodologies, and 5S practices in diverse manufacturing setups. His initiatives have significantly improved productivity, streamlined resource utilization, and enhanced quality standards. Whether implementing engineering systems or training middle management, Vikash brings clarity, discipline, and innovation to every assignment.
