Director

Rinki holds decade of experience as an Entrepreneur in Fashions, Art & Craft, Teaching, Training and Development.

Rinki holds a diverse academic background, including a Diploma in Fashion, a Bachelor's degree in Arts, a Bachelor's in Fine Arts (Painting), and a Master's in Fine Arts (Painting). She is also skilled in block printing, jute craft, painting, and jewelry design.

Her professional journey began in 2016 as an Art School teacher. She later transitioned into fashion design, working at a boutique specializing in women's fashion. For the past three years, Rinki has successfully operated her own proprietorship, "Vikri", where she employs and mentors local artisans. She is now expanding her business under her new venture, "Vikri Srijan Pvt. Ltd."

Vikash brings a wealth of expertise in Apparel Operations Management, New Factory Establishment, Management Consulting and Strategic Development. He is a key member in executive team.

His experience spans various projects conducted both in India and internationally, focusing on Re-engineering, Productivity Enhancement, Plant Layout Design and Implementation, Resource Optimization, Quality System Implementation, Training for Middle Management, Development of Production & Industrial Engineering Systems, and Skill Development & Training for Workers.

Vikash holds a decade of extensive experience handling diverse consulting projects within the realm of Apparel manufacturing practices. He played a pivotal role as a key contributor in devising Standard Operating Procedures and implementing 5S methodologies in a well-regarded manufacturing facility located in Chennai. He obtained his degree in Apparel Production from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).

Engaged with a prominent consulting firm in India for over 8+ years, he has effectively executed numerous pivotal projects. A few notable examples of his work encompass:

• Introduced production and IE (Industrial Engineering) systems across various factories throughout India, yielding a significant 15-30% enhancement in productivity across multiple projects.
• Enhanced the utilization of automated machines by 30% through the optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness at a fictitious factory located in Anjar, Gujarat. Developed and implemented a production business plan, leading to a notable 33% increase in productivity.
• Heading the Re-engineering initiative within the Bathrobe Unit of a significant client situated in Dhaula, Punjab, culminated in a remarkable 40% increase in productivity.
• Taking charge of new plant establishment projects in both Bhubaneswar and Kolkata, he proficiently managed the installation of 500 machines within a new factory, overseeing the entire process from initial planning and design to comprehensive implementation and full-scale factory operations. His responsibilities encompassed layout design and execution, technology finalization, machine and manpower planning, process establishment, SOP creation, training for both workers and staff, building up production capabilities, and implementing Management Information Systems (MIS).
